I am a Vegan that eats seafood. This does not have a term and often causes some confusion. I have been a vegetarian, a pescetarian, a vegan, and a raw foodist. None of those worked for me until I quit trying to fit my life easily into a definition. (Note: this is all BS because you will notice I have included a glossary).
I’m a 30 year old hippie with too much energy and too much lethargy. Im from Manhattan and I’m heavy handed with sarcasm. I am a little scrappy so I will, in fact, kill your mother* to get my hands on a perfectly ripe avocado. I’m also a lawyer, so please don’t argue with me on the internet.
I am often caught identifying something as THE BEST ever and I see no reason why today’s meal cant be THE BEST MEAL EVER. Most of the food I make is low in fat, unless its not; low in carbs, unless its pasta and beer (sometimes in one dish); and not very sweet, unless I feel like it.
I made this as a place to organize my food and to force myself into actually figuring out how much of something I was putting in a dish.
